Darren Grundy – Managing Partner
Darren has worked at Mediability for more than 20 years, having joined in 1997 as a media executive from Universal McCann Manchester.

During his time here, he has worked across a wide range of media, planning and buying campaigns in online, press, outdoor and broadcast. Darren’s breadth of experience allows him to knowledgably advise all Mediability clients on how best to invest budgets for maximum return covering multi-media strategies.

Darren leads the team here at Mediability, ensuring that all clients receive optimum service levels, have access to the best deals available and that Mediability continues to be the media buying partner of choice.

Alan Grundy – Senior Partner
Alan launched the company in 1985 having previously been employed as Media Director of a large advertising agency with a specific brief to increase the media cost viability for several household names specialising in response campaigns including the Littlewoods Mail Order empire.

Under the guidance of Alan, Mediability has steadily established itself as a leader in the response advertising market and is proud of Mediability’s lengthy client relationship record over this 25+ year period.

Mike Edge – Media Manager
Mike is a very experienced media manager. His main area of responsibility is day to day “short term” buying of media space across a number of fast moving accounts. All clients insist on keen and effective buying, particularly as their campaigns are response driven.

Mike has worked in media since 1969 having spent several years at BBDO, a leading London agency. He then moved to Manchester via a 4 year period in the Midlands with HCA and Chetwynd Haddon.

Simon Roche – I.T. Manager
Simon joined us over 19 years ago and has primary responsibility for all aspects of the company’s I.T. systems and communications requirements. With responsibilities ranging from maintaining the day to day functionality and integrity of office systems and bespoke software, to developing new reporting, budgeting, scheduling and results analysis systems tailored to individual client needs.

Prior to joining Mediability, Simon had worked for several advertising and direct marketing agencies in and around the Manchester area including McCann Erickson and ABC Direct.
